Harley is a shepherd/hound mix who couldn't be happier.  He smiles at the kids that go by and they have to stop to pat him on the head!  He is an adult dog but such fun to be around.  Calm and cool, Harley is the one for you!

Enzo is a handsome Malinois Shepherd and Shiba Inu mix with a short, soft and beautiful coat. His eyes are sweet and outlined with a dark rim, and his tail is unique with a white tip. Very well behaved, Enzo is a great running or bicycle partner.

Why adopt?

If you have room in your heart and home for a new family member, adopting a rescue makes sense for many reasons.  First of all, you will be giving that dog a deserving second chance at life and happiness. Every week, hundreds of wonderful mixed and pure bred dogs are euthanized in Miami-Dade County alone, simply because there are not enough loving homes.

Secondly, by adopting a rescue rather than buying one from a pet shop or unlicensed breeder, you can help reduce the demand that drives the commercial breeding of dogs.  Third reason is that by rescuing an animal, you free up kennel space for another one in need.  Number four is remembering that volunteers who spend time around the rescues can help match the perfect dog for your personality and lifestyle.

There are plenty of other great reasons to adopt a rescue.  The very best one of all is the unconditional love you will receive from an appreciative and devoted best friend every day!  Just ask any dog owner you know!

 

Paws 4 You Rescue's Adoption Procedure:

-  Current adoptable dogs are listed below.

-  Please go to our Application page to fill out an Adoption Application.

-  Once your Application is received, a volunteer will get back to you via email or phone.
    Please allow up to one week for a response on the status of your application.
    But when we are very busy, it can take a little longer. Thank you in advance for your patience!

-  We request a donation with every adoption which includes sterilization, microchip & registration, current vaccinations and heartworm test.
    The adoption donation covers the boarding and medical expenses incurred on all rescues, not just one.

-  Any questions or follow up can be directed to info@paws4you.org.  Please note that not every dog goes to each adoption event.
